Johnson-Favaro1

Johnson, Favaro is dedicated to the creation of buildings, groups of buildings, rooms and furniture which edify lives and provide pleasure in enduring ways. We actively participate in the on-going conversation of modern life and its aesthetics, characterized, for us, by the creative possibilities inherent in the tense relationship between desire and satisfaction. We are open to the diversity of tastes and aspirations in a pluralistic society and simultaneously value the efficacy of fundamental principles as the basis of enduring design quality. We learn from all of our clients who bring to the table a unending array of new ideas, challenges and creative input and enjoy the process of growth and maturation that comes with the interaction. We believe in the social role of the architect-- avant-garde in the sense that any profession, through introspection, daily practice and adherence to the responsibilities associated with the advancing of the frontiers of thought in any field-- leads within the context of larger society and for the good of all people.
